What to do if there is a flashing "E" on the LCD panel.
Solution
If the "E" and film cartridge symbol ever appear on the LCD panel, remove the battery and reload it and lost the lens cover and reopen it. If that does not correct the problem, take the camera to you nearest authorized Canon service facility.
