Set the transmitter and the receiver to the same channel - if the transmitter is set to Ch. A, the receiver must be set to Ch. A too. Otherwise correct operation of the Wireless Controller LC-2 is not possible
If you want to control two cameras onto which two separate receivers are mounted in series rather then simultaneously, with on transmitter, set each receiver to a different channel - one must be set to Ch. A and the other to Ch. B - and change the channel on the transmitter in succession

If you use two separate sets of the Wireless Controllers LC-2 in the same field, make sure that each is set to a different channel
When you try to control one camera with plural transmitters, there is a possibility that the Wireless Controller LC-2 may not function if you press the transmitter at the same time
