Magnified Close-Up Shooting (Digital Macro)
You can shoot a subject from as close as 1 cm (0.39 in.) (minimum focal distance) with an area of 17 x 13 mm (0.67 x 0.51 in.) at the maximum wide angle setting.

1. Press the FUNC. Menu  (Manual) and choose  ( Super Macro). |

2. Use the zoom control to choose the angle of view and then shoot the image. |
