Below is a list of messages that are displayed on the LCD when a problem occurs. Check the cause of the error and take corrective actions according to the list.

| "?" Cannot read from memory card. | The question mark [?] indicates that the data may be a JPEG file containing an image with the resolution size: 6400 dpi x 6400 dpi or greater. If the data is not in JPEG format, the number of images is not included. | Print from the computer. |
| Auto Head Align has failed. Press [OK] and do the same operation. |
The automatic print head alignment failed. |
Press <OK>, then align the print head manually. |
| Cannot write to memory card. (displayed as [write-protect error] |

The image data in the memory card are not in the file formats that are valid in this machine. | Print from the computer. |
* Ink used to clean the print head is absorbed by the waste ink tank. When this message is displayed, the waste ink tank needs to be replaced, or the machine requires maintenance.
