Solution
Use a Custom Paper Size (Windows)
You can print on paper sizes not listed in the Page Size dop-dwn menu (8" x 10" for example) by creating custom sizes in inches or millimeters.
- Access the printing preferences by opening the printer properties.
- Click the Page Setup tab.
- Specify the 'Page Size' setting.
(1) Select the 'Custom....'
The Custom Paper Size dialog box opens.
(2) Select size in millimeters (mm) or inches (in.).
(3) Specify the 'Paper Size' by entering the values (Width and Height).
Note: The printer driver offers custom paper sizes in the range of 3.54 to 16.54 in. (54.0 to 420.0mm) for width and 3.37 to 23.39 in. (85.6 to 594.0mm) for height. Note that these differ from the ranges your printer can handle, which are 3.54 to 13.00 in. (54.0 to 215.9mm) for width and 3.37 to 23.00 in. (85.6 to 584.2mm) for height.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK' in the Page Setup tab.
- Click 'Print' in the Print dialog box. Printing will now begin.
