How do I install the Canon Digital Video Solution software?

Macintosh Installation

1. Close any programs that are running.

2. Set the Canon DIGITAL VIDEO SOLUTION DISK in the computer' s CD-ROM drive.

3. Mac OS 8.6-9.2 : Double click the CD-ROM icon, followed by the Mac OS 8/9 and Canon Digital Video Installer icons.

Mac OS X (10.1) : Double click the CD-ROM icon, followed by the Mac OS X and Canon Digital Video Installer icons.

" The installer panel appears.

4. Click 'Digital Video Software Installation'.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the installation.

" The USB Mounter cannot be used with the ELURA40 MC. Remove the check mark from 'Camera USB Mounter 1.5' in the dialog prompting you to select the installation programs.

6. After the installation is complete, restart the computer as prompted.
