Perform print head deep cleaning from the printer driver.


1.Select 'Page Setup' from the 'File' menu.


2. Click 'Utilities' in the 'Page Setup' dialog box.





3.Check that 'Cleaning' is displayed in the 'Printer Utility' dialog box. Click the 'Deep Cleaning' icon.







4. When cleaning the Black or Color print head only, remove the checkmark from the 'All Colors' checkbox and select 'Black' or 'Color'.

5. Read the message displayed, and then click 'OK'. The power lamp blinks and print head deep cleaning starts. (Do not perform any other operations until print head deep cleaning is complete. Print head deep cleaning takes about 1 minute.)
