How to remove foreign material

1. Ensure the printer is powered off and check for any foreign material (such as paper clips, wires, or any items other than paper) inside the printer.

Note: It is not uncommon to find foreign material, such as paper clips and wires, in the sheet feeder. When this happens, paper cannot be fed properly.

2. If there is any foreign material, remove it by hand or with tweezers.
