How to Install the Latest IS Scan Driver

Follow these steps to download and install the latest IS Scan driver:

1. Make sure you have uninstalled any previous version of the IS Scan driver.
   
   
2. Visit our web site at www.canontechsupport.com.
   
   
3. Select IS-32 Scanner Cartridge from the list then click Windows Driver Downloads from the side of the page.
   
   
4. Click the IS Scan driver to download.
   
   
5. Read the Download Driver agreement then click I Agree - Begin Download.
   
   
6. Click OK to save the program to disk. (This screen may not appear with all browsers.)
   
   
7. Choose the location to store the file then click OK.
   
   
8. Once the executable file is downloaded, close any applications running in the background.
   
   Note: For Windows NT 4.0/Windows 2000/Windows XP users, log on the system as Administrator.
   
   
9. Run (double-click) the executable file from its download location and follow the on-screen instructions.
