How do I download images to my Macintosh computer

Canon has included a comprehensive package of software with your EOS D-60 camera, and detailed information and instructions on using this software.

Canon ImageBrowser is a program designed for downloading images from your camera, and reviewing, sorting and cataloging those images. It has limited image editing features, but does support printing images from formatted templates.

Canon PhotoStitch provides the capability to merge individual photos into a panoramic scene simply and quickly.

Canon Remote Capture provides the capability to control your camera from your computer. You can capture images and upload them directly to your computer.

The Canon RAW Image Converter program is used to convert the Canon-proprietary RAW image format into other graphic formats, such as JPEG's or TIFF's.

For full featured image editing, Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE is also included.

The Software Instructions Manual contains step-by-step instructions for installing, starting, and using the basic features of the Canon software. Included on the EOS Digital Solution Disk is an electronic manual with detailed instructions for using the ImageBrowser program. Additionally, the Help features in all software programs contain comprehensive information on accessing and using the features of those programs.
