Remove Jammed Paper
Turn the printer off then on again by unplugging and replugging the power cord. The jammed paper may be automatically ejected.
If the jammed paper is not ejected, please check below.
Pull out the jammed paper slowly from the paper output tray <1> or the sheet feeder <2>, whichever is easier:
