Printing All Documents Stored in Memory

When a received document is divided and printed over multiple pages of paper, the data contained in the bottom 8 mm of a page are duplicated at the top of the following page, making the duplicated section easier to read.

You can also print received documents in a reduced size or out off the end of a document that does not fit on one page.

  1. Press <Additional Functions>.

  2. Use <> or <> to select [SYSTEM SETTINGS], then press <OK>.

  3. Use <> or <> to select [COMMUNICATIONS], then press <OK>.

  4. Use <> or <> to select [MEMORY LOCK], then press <OK>.

  5. Use the numeric keys to enter the memory reception password, then press <OK>.

  6. Use <> or <> to select [OFF], then press <OK>.
