Assigning the scanner push-button functions (8600F)

By default, the push-buttons on the scanner are configured to open the corresponding feature in the CanoScan Toolbox. For example, pressing the Copy button on the scanner brings up the Copy function within CanoScan Toolbox.

To adjust these settings, open the CanoScan Toolbox and click the 'Settings' button.


Set each button as desired, or click the 'Defaults' button to use the default settings. The following screenshot uses the LiDE 600F as an example.
