Press the Focus button to turn AF back on.

Solution

Focusing the camcorder manually.

  1. Press the <FOCUS> button on the camcorder.
    "MF" will appear on the display.
  2. Adjust the focus as necessary with the <FOCUS> dial until the image appears focused.
  3. Press the "MF" button again to return to autofocus operation.
