Download and install the latest version of MP Navigator EX

If the application software MP Navigator EX is not yet installed, insert the Setup CD-ROM into the computer's disc drive, then perform Custom Install and select MP Navigator EX. To ensure the latest MP Navigator EX version is installed, visit our download site.

1. From the Canon Support page, select your model in the following manner:
    
   1. Enter your model name in the text box beneath "Use your Model Name / Number" (for example,'MX512' or 'MG5220', etc.).
   2. Wait for a few moments and the model name will appear under the text box.  Click on the model name and click Get Drivers & Downloads.
   3. On the next page, if your operating system is not automatically detected, select it from the drop down menu.

2. Download the MP Navigator EX software by clicking on the Software tab.  Then, click the Select button to the right of the listing for MP Navigator EX
   
   
   The file name will vary based on the printer model.
    
3. Place a check in the box to indicate that you agree to the terms of the Disclaimer.  Click Download to download the file to your computer.
    
4. When the download has finished, run it to begin the installation process.
    
5. Follow the installation instructions.
