Create a new admin user account and then attempt the operation again under that account

Some errors that may be cleared include but are not limited to " Insufficient Memory appears launching MP Navigator / MP Navigator EX", " MP Navigator has stopped working",  "An error occurred while files were being copied", etc.

To create a new user account, follow the steps below.

Mac OS X

1. From the Apple Menu select System Preferences.
2. Click on Accounts or Users & Groups
3. Click on the [+] icon at the bottom left.
4. Select 'Administrator' from the dropdown menu and then enter a username.
5. Enter any other desired information
6. Click Create Account or Create User

Windows Vista / Windows 7

1. Click Start and then Control Panel.
2. Click User Accounts and Family Safety.
3. Under User Accounts, click Add or remove user accounts.
4. Click Create a new account.
5. Type the name that you want to use for the account.
6. Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.

Windows 10

1. Click Start and then Control Panel.
2. Click User Accounts.
3. Under User Accounts, click Manage another account.
4. Click Add a new User.
5. Select Add Someone else to this PC
6. Type the name, password,etc that you want to use for the account.
7. Click Change Account Type
8. Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.

Windows XP

1. Click Start and then Control Panel.
2. Double click User Accounts.
3. Click Create a new account in the Pick a task list box.
4. Type the name that you want to use for the account, and then click Next.
5. Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.
