Description

Print faxes received in memory when the paper size loaded in the machine does not match the PAGE SIZE menu. You must press to clear the error then print the fax from memory.

Print faxes received from memory when the paper size in the machine does match the PAGE menu. You must correct the paper size discrepancy, press <Stop/Reset> to clear the error and then print the fax from memory.

Check / Change Paper Size:

  1. Confirm what size paper is loaded in the rear tray (A).

    1. If the paper size loaded in the rear tray is not what you would like to be loaded, verify the paper size you want and then install it.
    2. In FAX mode, the machine will only support three paper sizes, 8.5"x11" (letter); 8.5"x14" (legal) or A4.

  2. Press <Stop/Reset> to clear the error and return to standby mode.

  3. Press the <FAX> button.

  4. Press the <Settings> button.
    PAGE SIZE screen will appear.



  5. Use to select the paper size that matches the size loaded in the rear tray.
    The choices are 8.5"x11" (letter); 8.5"x14" (legal) or A4.

  6. Press the <OK> twice.

  7. Click here to print the fax from memory.

Print From Memory:

  1. Press <Menu>. [FAX SETTINGS] will appear at the top row.

  2. Use to select [MEMORY REFERENCE].

  3. Press <OK>.

  4. Use to select [PRINT DOCUMENT].

  5. Press <OK>.

  6. Use to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to print, or enter the number using the numeric buttons. If you are unsure of the transaction number, print the MEMORY LIST.

  7. Press <OK>.

  8. Use [ ] to select <YES> to print the first page only, or use [ ] to select <NO> to print all pages of the document.

  9. Press <OK>.
    1. To print another document, return to step 6
    2. To finish printing, go to step 10.

  10. The screen will return to standby mode, if it does not, press <Stop/Reset>.
