Printing reports and lists
The table below shows the reports and lists that can be printed from your machine.

Description

| Activity Report |
Shows recent facsimile transactions performed by your machine. You can enable or disable automatic printing of this report after every 20 transactions. You can also manually set the machine to print it. |
Fax/Telephone Number
List |
Lists the destination numbers and names registered for coded dial speed dialing, one-touch dialing or group dialing. |
| Users Data List |
Lists the current settings of your machine and the registered sender information. |
| Memory List |
Lists the documents currently stored in the machine's memory. |
Rejected number list
|
Lists the rejected numbers. |
Caller history list
|
Lists the caller history (Available when Caller ID service is subscribed). |
| TX (Transmission) REPORT |
Prints after transmission of a document.
You can enable or disable this feature, or set the machine to print a report only when an error occurs.
You can also set the machine to print the first page of the document under the transmission report to remind you of the contents of the document. |
RX (Reception)
REPORT |
Prints after reception of a document.
You can enable or disable this feature, or set the machine to print a report only when an error occurs. |

To print the Activity Report, Telephone Number List, User's Data List, Memory List, Rejected number list or Caller history list:
(1) Press the FAX button, then press the Menu button.
The FAX menu is displayed.
2. Display the Print reports/lists screen.

button to select Print reports/lists, then press the OK button.
The Print reports/lists screen is displayed.
3.Print the report
(1) Press the

button to select the desired report, then press the OK button.
The TX Report and RX Report print upon transmission or reception of faxes depending upon the settings made in [FAX SETTINGS->TX SETTINGS->TX REPORT] and [FAX SETTINGS->RX SETTINGS->RX REPORT], respectively
