The specifications of the music files compatible with the camcorder are as follows.
Audio encoding: Linear PCM
Audio sampling: 48 kHz, 16 bits, 2 channels
Minimum length: 1 seconds
File extension: WAV
The music files are saved in the memory under the following folder structure.
In the built-in memory

On the memory card

The supplied Music Data Disk CD-ROM includes extra music tracks along with the ones pre-installed to the camcorder. Initializing memory will erase all music data that is pre-installed on the disk, but the data can be recovered by using a PC.
