If you can not remove the cassette, refer to this problem.

-Battery is exhausted.

-The cassette compartment is completely open.

1.Plug the compact power adapter into a power outlet.

2.Connect the compact power adapter to the camcorder's DC IN terminal.

3.Slide < OPEN/EJECT > fully in the direction of the arrow and open the cassette compartment cover.

The cassette compartment opens automatically.
