Description

Learn how to print on paper sizes not listed in the Pro9000 and Pro9500 page size menu.

Solution

Note Borderless printing isn't available when using custom paper sizes.

Create custom paper sizes

  1. Select Print from the File menu to open the Print dialog box.

  2. Select your model name, then Preferences or Properties. The printer driver setup window appears.

  3. Select the Page Setup tab.

  4. In the Page Size field, select Custom.
    Note If you select Photo Printing on the Quick Setup tab, the Custom Paper Size setting isn't an option.

  5. In the Custom Paper Size dialog box, enter the following:

    • Unit of measure. Select millimeters (mm) or inches (inch).

    • Paper size width and height. The printer driver allows sizes 3.50-14.00 in. (width) and 5.00-26.61 in. (height).

  6. Select OK, then OK again in the Page Setup tab.

  7. Select Print.
