Solution
Dual shot mode allows the camcorder to record stills and movies without changing recording modes. To record movies press the Start/Stop button. To record stills press the Photo button.
NOTE:
You cannot record still photos while simultaneously recording video. Pause the video recording before pressing the photo button.
