Description
Follow these steps to install your iPF printer driver in Mac OS X 10.5.x.

Double-click the iPF Printer Setup for X icon. |

| |
2. |
After the Authenticate window is displayed, enter the user name and password of a user with administrative rights and click OK. |

3. |
After reading the software license agreement, click Continue. |
| |
|
 |
|
| |
4. |
Click Install. |
| |

 |
|
| |
5. |
After installation is complete, click Restart. |
| |

 |
| |
|
The printer driver has now been installed. |
| Procedure for adding a printer (IP connection) |
| |
1. |
In System Preferences, click Print & Fax to display the Print & Fax window. |

Click +. |
| |
|
 |

3. |
Click IP. |
| |
|
 |

| |
4. |
Enter the IP address in Address, and select Select a driver to use... from Print Using. |

Select Canon iPFxxxx(CUPS). |
