Collate Print Copies

It may be necessary to print multiple copies and to print them in page order. Use the following procedure to specify the number of copies and printing order.

To open the Print dialog, you typically select Print... from the File menu of your application software.

Check or uncheck the Collated check box to select or deselect collating ( grouping together the pages of each copy when printing multiple copies).
