Solution

Printing a test page in Mac OSX 10.5 or 10.6 is different then on a Windows OS. Follow these steps to print the CUPS test page in Leopard or Snow Leopard (Mac OSX 10.5 or 10.6):

  1. Open the [Print & Fax] window.
    It is located in [System Preferences].


  2. Select a printer by double-clicking on it.
    The printer's queue window will open.


  3. On the top menu bar, select [Printer], and then [Print Test Page].


  4. The CUPS test page will print.
