Printing reports and lists

The fax machine prints an activity report automatically after every 20 transactions. To print a report manually, follow these instructions:

1 . Press <FAX>, then press <Menu>.

2 . Use to select [PRNT REPORT/LIST], then press <OK>.

3. Use to select [ACTIVITY REPORT], then press <OK>. The ACTIVITY REPORT is printed.
