Changing the Color Transmission setting to convert to B&W

1. Press the <FAX> button, then press the <Menu> button .

2. Use the [ ] or [ ] to select [Transmission Settings] then press <OK>.

3. Use the [ ] or [ ] to select [Color Transmission] then press <OK>.

4. Use the [ ] or [ ] to select [If incompatible, B&W] to enable automatic converting of the image into black and white before sending if the destination fax device does not support color. Press <OK>.

5. Press <Stop>.
