Solution

Reinstall the IJ Manual

1. Delete the IJ Manual folder

Windows:

  1. Go to Start -> (My) Computer

  2. Open the local disk where the operating system resides - Normally C:

  3. Open the Program Files folder

  4. Open the Canon folder and delete the IJ Manual folder.


Macintosh:

  1. In Applications, open Canon Utilities
  2. Open IJ Manual
  3. Drag your model's folder to the trash

2. Reinstall the IJ Manual software.
