Solution

Depending on your Operating System, CaptureOnTouch may not start automatically in Windows.

To manually start CaptureOnTouch Lite, open the [ONTOUCHLITE] drive under [My Computer] ([Computer] in Vista) in Windows Explorer, and double-click "ONTOUCH.exe".
