The Free Layout Tool is installed when you install the Driver Extra Kit.

To install the Driver Extra Kit:

1. Insert the User Software CD-ROM that came with the printer.
   
   
2. Browse (explore) the CD to the [Printer_Driver] folder. Double-click on the [Printer_Driver] folder.
   
   
3. Double-click on the [WinXP_2K] folder.
   
   
4. Double-click on the [Extra] folder.
   
   
5. Click on [Setup.exe].
   
   
6. Follow the on-screen prompts.
