How to Operate the VB-C60 Viewer

"Admin Viewer" Display Screen

This section describes the overview of the Admin viewer, including buttons and boxes, which are displayed when the Admin viewer is started.

1. Video Capture Size - Select the size for receiving video from the camera.

2. Video Display Size - Select the size for displaying video.

3. Full Screen Mode button - Click to view live video in the full screen mode.

4. Pause/Resume button - Click to pause the video display. Click again to resume the live video display.

5. Reconnect button - Click to connect to the camera again.

6. Audio Reception button - Click to receive and output audio from the camera.

7. Scroll bar for tilt - Drag the scroll bar to tilt (up/down) the camera.

8. Scroll bar for pan - Drag the scroll bar to pan (left/right) the camera.

9. Scroll bar for zoom - Drag the scroll bar to control the zoom magnification. Slide the knob upward to zoom in (to the telephoto end) or downward to zoom out (to wide end).

10. Backlight Compensation button - Click to switch on the backlight compensation. It works effectively to compensate for areas that are darkened due to backlight. Click again to switch off the function.

11. Control Privilege Status Indicator - Whether or not the client has the camera's control privilege is displayed.

12. Obtain/Release Control Privilege button - Click to obtain/release the camera control privilege.

13. Panorama Display Area - A panorama image registered in the camera is displayed. You can control the camera by dragging the frame displayed on the area.

14. Preset Selection Box - You can control the camera using presets registered to the camera in advance.

15. Information Field - Information, warning and error messages are displayed.

16. Control for Admin button - Click to display/hide the operation panel for the administrator control. The button is available in the Admin viewer only.

17. Setting Page button - Click to move to the Setting Menu page.

18. Top Page button - Click to move to the camera's top page.

19. Focus - Click to control the focus.

20. Exposure - Use to control the exposure.

21. Camera Control button - Click to control the pan/tilt/zoom. You can also change the speed.

22. External Device Output - Click to control the external device output.

23. External Device Input - Click to display the status of the external device input.

24. White Balance - Use to switch the white balance mode.

25. Motion Detection - Click to display the status of motion detection.

26. Smart Shade Control - Use to switch on/off the smart shade control.

27. Night Mode - Click to switch between the Day and Night mode.
