Description

Remove packing material or paper path obstructions so that the print head holder can move.

Solution

Remove the Protective Material

Before turning on the machine, remove all the orange tapes and protective sheets. If the machine is already on, press the ON button to turn off the machine before removing the packing / shipping materials. If the packing material and orange tapes have already been removed and there is still an error, check the paper path for obstructions (torn paper or other debris) which may prevent the carriage from moving correctly, and remove.
