Setting the Initial Functions

Solution

You can specify the standby display which appears when you turn ON the main power switch. The default setting is <COPY>.

1. Press   [Menu].

2. Press   or   to select <COMMON SETTINGS>, then press [OK].

 

3. Press   or   to select <INITIAL SETTINGS>, then press [OK].

 

4. Press   or   to select the initial function, then press [OK].

 

  • <COPY>: Displays the Copy mode screen.
  • <SEND>: Displays the Fax mode/Send mode Screen.*
  • <SCAN>: Displayes the Scan mode screen.

*D1150/D1170/D1180 only. On the D1150, <FAX> appears instead of <SEND>.

5. Press   [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.
