Unable to print using Adobe Acrobat X Reader

If you are having difficulty printing using Adobe Acrobat X Reader, please follow these steps to correct the problem.


Adobe has recently introduced a new feature in Acrobat called "Protected Mode". Unfortunately, this feature is conflicting with our driver. To resolve this, please follow these steps to correct the problem:


  1. Launch Adobe X Reader.

  2. Select the [Edit] tab and then [Preferences].

  3. Under the "Categories" section, select [General].

  4. At the bottom on the right side, uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and press [OK].

  5. Close Adobe X Reader completely and relaunch the application.
