Solution

 

 

<Cause 1> The toner cartridge is not installed.

Solution: Install the toner cartridge

<Cause 2> Paper remains inside the printer.

Solution: Remove the paper.

<Cause 3> There is packing material inside the printer.

Solution: Remove the packing material.
