battery pack not charging
Solution
- Make sure the camcorder is off so charging can start.
- The temperature of the battery pack is outside the charging range.
- If the battery packs's temperature is below 0 degrees C (32 degrees F), warm it up before charging it; if it is above 40 degrees C (104 degrees F), let the battery pack cool down before charging it.
- Charge the battery pack in temperatures between 0 degrees and 40 degrees C (32 degrees and 104 degrees F).
- The battery pack is faulty. Replace the battery pack.
