| Solution |
In cases where there is no sound during playback, please try the following procedure.
If there is no sound during playback even after trying the procedures below, please contact our service centers.
IMPORTANT
- There will be no sound during playback if the camera's [Mute] setting is set to [On].
- The position and shape of the operation buttons, screens displayed, and setting items may differ according to the model you use.
Increase the Volume During Playback 1. Press the < FUNC./SET > button (  ) to pause playback. The movie control panel will appear.
2. Press the <  > button to increase the volume.
3. Press the < FUNC./SET > button ( ) to resume playback.
NOTE
- You can adjust the volume during playback by pressing the <><
 > buttons.
Cancelling the Mute Setting 1. Press the <Power> button on the camera.
2. Press the <  > button.
3.  Move the zoom lever or press the <  ><  > buttons to select the [Settings] tab (  ).
 Select [Mute], and then press the < >< > buttons to set it to [Off].
Press the < > button after making the setting.
