Firmware

Your printer does not require a firmware update.

If your printer is not functioning properly, please check the printer's display or your computer's monitor for a message and take any necessary action to clear that message.  For example, 'paper jam', 'load paper', 'check ink', 'ink empty', etc.

If no message appears or action has been taken and the printer still does not function properly, power off the printer, disconnect the printer's power cord and then reconnect the cord and power the printer back on.
