  • Not enought remaining ink to print the fax.

What you can do

Steps

You can print one document from the printer's memory or all the documents at once.

To print documents stored in the printer's memory
Note: When printing one document, you'll use its transaction number. If you do not know the transaction number for the document you want to print, you can print out a list of all the stored documents (see instructions farther down this page).
  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on with paper loaded.
  2. Press the FAX button, to go to the fax standby screen.
  3. Press the left Function button, to go to the Fax menu screen.
  4. Select Memory reference, then press  OK.
  5. Use the arrow buttons  to scroll to Print specified document, then press OK to go to the document selection screen.
Note: you can also select Print all received documents > OK  if you want to print all documents in memory. Select Yes > OK when the confirmation screen is displayed.

    2. Transaction number (TX/RX NO.) - A transaction number from "0001" to "4999" indicates a document being sent. A transaction number from "5001" to "9999" indicates a document being received.
    3. Color information - Color is displayed for color transmission/reception. Nothing is displayed for black & white transmission/reception.
  6. Scroll to select the transaction number of the document you want to print, then press  OK. The confirmation screen is displayed.
  7. Select whether to print only the first page of the document, then press the OK button.
    • Yes -  only the first page of the document will be printed. The document is still stored in the machine's memory.
    • No - all pages of the document will be printed. You will also be prompted to confirm whether to delete the printed document in the machine's memory. If you select Yes and press the OK button, the printed document in the machine's memory is deleted.
