The camera and Android device do not connect.


  • Make sure the encryption key displayed by the camera is correctly entered into the Android device (when using the camera as an access point).

  • Please make sure that your camera and Android device are connected to an access point (When using another access point for connecting).

  • Please start Canon CameraWindow (for Android).

  • Please make sure that Canon CameraWindow (for Android) is not running in the background.

  • After forcing Canon CameraWindow to close on the Android devices application settings, try to connect a second time by following the connection procedures.

  • Please uninstall Canon CameraWindow (for Android) and then install it a second time.

  • Operation not guaranteed on Android tablets.
  • Android is a trademark of Google Inc.
