| Solution |
- Make sure the encryption key displayed by the camera is correctly entered into the Android device (when using the camera as an access point).
- Please make sure that your camera and Android device are connected to an access point (When using another access point for connecting).
- Please start Canon CameraWindow (for Android).
- Please make sure that Canon CameraWindow (for Android) is not running in the background.
- After forcing Canon CameraWindow to close on the Android devices application settings, try to connect a second time by following the connection procedures.
- Please uninstall Canon CameraWindow (for Android) and then install it a second time.
