Generic things to check for any printer on a Windows computer

Solution

Confirm the Windows Print Spooler is running.

Start Windows Print Spooler Service

If an error appears while starting the Print Spooler confirm RPC is running.

Confirm the printer is online.

Set Printer from Offline to Online

Confirm the printer is set as the defualt

Setting the default printer

Reset the printer driver to the default settings and try to print again.

Restoring the default printer settings
