When playing back movies recorded with the camera on a computer, the following problems occur:
- Movies cannot be played back smoothly.
- The sound and picture are uneven (frame drop).
If you cannot play back movies that are downloaded to a computer smoothly, please check the computer specifications.
To use the bundled software to play back MOV movies, the following system environments are recommended.
