How to change the number of rings before the MX432 / MX439 answers incoming calls

Description
The fax machine will automatically answer incoming calls when it is set to Fax only mode or DRPD.
Solution
Ring Count
The fax machine will answer automatically only when the 'Receive mode set' option is set to 'Fax only mode' or 'DRPD'. If 'Receive mode set' is in 'TEL priority mode', the fax machine will not answer automatically. If the printer is in 'TEL priority mode' with an aswering machine connected to it and 'User-friendly RX' is set to 'ON', change the ring count on your answering machine.
Make sure that the machine is turned on.
Press the 
FAX button.
The Fax standby screen is displayed.
Press the 
Menu button.
The FAX menu screen is displayed.
Use the 
button to select Receive mode set, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select one of the following two receive modes, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select Yes at Make advanced settings? window, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select Incoming ring, then press the OK button.
- Use the button or the numeric buttons* to select between 2 to 30 times, then press the OK button.
The Fax standby screen will appear.
* Entering a number larger than 30 using the numeric buttons will display error Invalid values entered.
