Windows 7 printer drivers for this printer will be available in the Windows 7 operating system or through Windows Update.

1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Select Devices and Printers.
   
   Note:  If you do not see "Devices and Printers", then select Control Panel and then select Devices and Printers.
    
3. Then at the top of this window, select "Add a printer"
4. Select "Add a local printer".
5. Select the appropriate port.
6. Click Next.
7. Select the appropriate port, then click Next.
8. Choose "Canon" from the manufacturers list.
9. Then on the right side, scroll through the list of printers and select your printer model.
   
   Note:  If your printer isn't listed, then it may be necessary to click Windows Update to obtain an updated list of printers.  An internet connection will be required for this.
    
10. Once your printer is found and selected, continue through the steps as prompted on the screen.
