The definition of terms "Error Code" and "Support Code" are similar, and are interchangeable. Both refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.

If the paper tray is empty: Load paper in the upper cassette.

If the paper isn't loaded properly: Load paper with the edges of the paper aligned to the paper guides.

If the wrong paper size is loaded: Load the correct paper size.
- After you correct the issue, tap OK on the touch screen to dismiss the error and restart the print job.
Small size photo paper such as 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 5" x 7" (13 x 18 cm) can be used in the upper tray. If printing photographs, be sure to use paper designed for photos. If you cut down your own paper, a jam will occur.
