Creating a group dial and sending a fax using the group dial

Description

Create a group from a set of speed dials to send the same document to multiple recipients.

Solution

You can send the same document to multiple recipients. This fax method is called group dial. To prepare for group dialing, you will need to create a speed dial of each recipient and then add the recipients to a group. You can also create multiple groups.

Note: Group Dial is not available on all models. Refer to the list below for details.
