*1 Under the following conditions, it may take more to finish charging:

  • When printing is performed during charging the battery.
  • When the battery is charged in a place where the ambient temperature is outside the recommended range (5 to 35 degree C / 41 to 95 degree F ).
  • When the battery is not used for a long period of time.

    If still taking a long time to finish charging, the battery pack may be exhausted. Purchasing a new battery pack is recommended.
