Solution

Follow these steps if paper jams in your SELPHY ES1.

  1. Turn the printer OFF and unplug the machine.

  2. Remove the cover below the paper-handling slot.
    (To do so, lay the printer down, place your fingers on the sides of the cover, and lift up).

  3. Slowly remove the paper to avoid tears, then re-attach the cover.
