Lower the TX Start Speed. L170
1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [
] or [
] to select <Fax Settings>, then press [Set].
3. <User Settings> should be on the display, press [Set].
4. <Tel Line Settings> should be on the display, press [Set].
5. Press [] or [] to select <TX Start Speed>, then press [Set].
6. Press [] or [] to select the desired TX start speed, then press [Set].
33600 bps is the default. The options are 33600 bps, 14400 bps, 9600 bps, 7200 bps, 4800 bps, and 2400 bps.
7. Press [Stop/Reset] to exit the menu.
